 GRC Journey - Building the Next Generation Sustainable, Integrated Program

This session will focus on how organizations can build the next gen, high value, sustainable governance, risk and compliance programs. The main challenges and goals facing organizations in integrating governance, business processes and approaches to gain 360 degree view of risk and compliance across organizational silos. Key characteristics of an effective GRC Program that achieves these goals.

The audience will break into smaller groups and tackle several topics, for later feedback to the larger groups.

Breakout teams will discuss:

  • GRC program strategy: Who are the key stakeholders required to create a common vision and governance process for a sustainable, high value program ?
  • GRC program design: What are the components of an integrated framework and critical risk information required to make decisions?
  • GRC program Implementation: What are the key implementation timelines required for success? What new teams and skill sets will be needed? How can we evolve collaboration models to cooperate and share in new ways that will accelerate our ability to meet these goals?
